Financial Services

Internal and Community book keeping-accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation; Budget preparation and audit review; Tax accounting; Financial projecting – MIS report, cash flow, utility consumption reports etc., SCT claims filing/enforcement

Administrative Management of body corporate

Keeping roll, managing funds and Escrow bank accounts; arranging insurance policies; claiming and receipt of insurance recovery; committee/general meetings, etc.

Fire Safety management

Indirectly through DCD licensed specialized FFS companies and suppliers. We ensure the high level of fire and life safety in the community by constant review and 3rd party inspections of all FFS systems. We do acknowledge the importance of human life and safety in our communities.

Utility management

We use automatic/computerized systems to have the correct and in close cooperation with utility service providers (DEWA, Empower, etc.)
